This post very quickly became quite accessory focused, by accident! Summer is such an accessory heavy season, with jealously inducing holidays and festivals taking over Instagram, so I thought I’d let you see the pieces I’m lusting after most…
1. Monica Vinader Friendship Bracelet in rose gold, £125
I happened to come across this brand a while back, purely by accident. I absolutely love pretty much everything on this website but the gold rope friendship bracelets are just my absolute favourite. I’m having a bit of a thing for simple and elegant bracelets and bangles right now. Topshop has been my go to for high street costume jewellery but for something a little more luxurious, Monica Vinader is perfect! You can make them extra special with engraving too. I’m sold!
2. Hydrate 2 Part Pool Sliders in white, £22
If you’ve seen any of out OOTD posts recently, you’ll know I’ve practically been living in my Topshop 2 part Heart-breaker Sandals… So much so that I’m on the look out for a replacement. Annoyingly these ones are out of stock online but I spotted them in store the other day. If your nearest Topshop doesn’t have any left, you can get similar ones HERE and HERE.
3. Rock’N’Rose Lana Oversized Flower Crown, £38
Absolutely everyone seems to be sporting a crown from Rock’N’Rose right now. There’s serious festival vibes at the minute, I can practically sense the short shorts everywhere I go. At least this is a look I really like. Original? No but so pretty and who doesn’t want to feel like a flower queen? Plus everyone from the beautiful Kylie Jenner to Ellie Goulding has been spotted rocking their designs. If you can’t afford to splash out though, checkout Emily Elizabeths for amazing and affordable handmade crowns!
4. Whistles Medium Shiny Croc Clutch, £60
I love any brand with a gold embossed logo and Whistles is no different. I recently fell further in love with Whistles at a House of Fraser catwalk show (more about that HERE) and there are so many items I want to get my hands on, this clutch being one of them. The subtle croc print on black is a great way to add texture to your look whilst the simple logo isn’t too in your face; it’s completely classic.
5. #304 Clothing No Skinny Dipping Alone Tee, £20
I discovered this brand at MCRFW and loved the quirky slogan Ts. This one was a particular favourite and I can’t help thinking it would be ideal for the beach, when I WILL burn my shoulders… as always. Pair with statement denim shorts (I’m thinking THESE ones from Missguided) and sliders for a laid back summer look.
6. Silver May Layered Trinket Necklaces, starting at £45
Created by the very talented mum of one of my absolute favourite bloggers (The Londoner), Silver May jewellery is an absolute dream come true. This look is made with four different pieces (unfortunately totalling over £300), the constellation, the tempered heart, the tiny heart and the trinity necklace. While it’s a little pricey, the pieces are beautiful and bespoke so no two pieces are exactly alike. They also make the perfect gifts, one piece at a time! Kinda like a Pandora bracelet, but more personal.
7. Zara Crystal Bead Necklace, £22.99
If the Zara sale isn’t a cause for celebration, I don’t know what is! Zara has become a firm favourite of mine over the last year or so and their accessory section is no exception. I love their statement necklaces and this crystal bead piece, which also comes in orange. They’re perfect for adding a pop of colour and dressing up any look. I want to pair it with black skinny jeans and a plain white tee to let it really stand out!
8. ASOS White Duster Coat, £60
I wanted to post this piece a few days ago, but I couldn’t post a wishlist without the item I’ve been lusting over FAR TOO MUCH. And of course thanks to the fire, the ASOS website hasn’t been accessible for a few days. Thank god it’s back up and running (and no one was hurt!) so we can all carry on daydreaming over this perfect jacket. It’s light-weight meaning it will carry you through the transitional seasons and it instantly add a look of cool to your outfit!
I’ve done well to resist so far but I’m not sure how much longer I can last! Which item would you pick? Have you been lusting over any summer styles? Tell me about it below!
