Holiday Blues with Lavitta

When it comes with Summer styling, I tend to go for versatile pieces that work for warm evenings abroad AND the British Summer (a.k.a the only slightly less rainy season). Statement trousers are my ultimate faves and when I spotted this FAB pair at a new store opening in Leeds, I just had to add them to my collection…

I was invited along to the opening of Lavitta a li’l while back and I was seriously surprised when I got inside. Aimed at curvier gals, the store does seem to attracted an older clientele but don’t be put off if you’re younger, get stuck in and have a nosey around.

The second I walked in I spotted the trousers and knew they had to be mine. Paired with an effortless chambray shirt, the all blue look had me feeling’ anything but blue! I threw in some more navy accessories like my print neck tie (love some clashing prints) and my lace up, espadrille-esque flats.

The sunglasses, C/O Firmoo, add a splash of colour (yaaassss pink) and the ice cream clutch bag (originally from New Look but now available from Attitude – thank goodness) gives the look the Summer vibe, even if the weather hasn’t got the memo yet.

What d’ya think? Visited Lavitta before? If not, give it a whirl and let me know how you get on!
