One of my fave things about Christmas is heading out on a Winter walk. Getting wrapped up warm and heading out into the cold is just so satisfying – it’s one of the best things about leaving the city and being back home in the country side. Most people would probably plump for wellingtons and scarfs (my normal attire) but for today’s look, I’m feeling country chic…
NAVY GILET | FLORAL DUNGAREES | LACE CROP TOP | FLORAL EMBROIDERED BOOTS | SILVER ANCHOR NECKLACE
Ok I’ll admit, a crop top isn’t the cosiest thing BUT I blooming love the bell sleeves and chevron print on this Motel Rocks piece. Plus, once you’ve layered a top, dungarees and a gilet, it gets a bit warmer – if you think you might freeze, just switch out the crop for a long sleeve top and throw on some gloves while you’re at it.
My wardrobe is packed full of embroidered jeans from my go-to denim brand Liquor n Poker. They have an awesome range of denim pieces, from a-line skirts to over-sized jackets. Check out the Festival Folk range I’ve linked above for some inspo.
If you’ve been keeping up with my style blogmas, you might recognise the boots from blogmas day 4. They’re from a new brand that been popping up all over the show – EGO. They have more than a few pairs of equally gorgeous designs that your wardrobe will be crying out for so definitely check ’em out.
What do you reckon to my country chic look? Don’t forget to check out Blogmas day 17 here.
A faux-ginger, gin drinking, digital marketing gal with a thing for food styling. That was basically my old Tinder bio... Living in Leeds, I'm forever heading out for dinner, buying too many clothes, spending 50% of my money on ubers and, as of now, putting my stamp on my new apartment!
