Workwear, smart casual and all that jazz are enough to keep ya up at night. If you’re anything like me, your outfits might range day-to-day from covered in sequins for total mermaid vibes to all black err’thang to living the life of a slug so someone pass me some joggers asap. Having a job kinda gets in the way of spending all day in your pjs and watching Netflix, or rocking up with glitter in your hair, but it doesn’t mean you can’t still look chic AF…

I like to let at least a little bit of personality shine through with my workwear outfits, so whether that’s a sassy clutch or shinny shoes (or a combination of the two) I’m totally down. It’s all about those accessories girl. That way, you can swap items in and out where appropriate, so you’re always ready for that big client meeting or after work drinks.
Skinny jeans are a reg in my wardrobe rotation. Even when it’s a jeans and a jumper look, I try not to let it get too run of the mill. If you can’t wear jeans, have you ever thought about a different career path? But seriously, tailored trousers, culottes and jumpsuits are your BFF. In fact, tailored anything is a winner! I’m also totally into the statement sleeve hype at the mo (like everyone else on the planet) and I love the off the shoulder look for this Apricot top with bell sleeves – totally nailing the trend.
When it comes to outer-wear, I have pretty much the same coat in 3 different shades: classic camel, pastel pink and black to go with everything else. The cut makes it so easy to layer and wear. I went for a neutral colour palette for this look – white, camel and black – with a little sparkle thrown in to jazz things up a bit.
What does your workwear wardrobe look like?
A faux-ginger, gin drinking, digital marketing gal with a thing for food styling. That was basically my old Tinder bio... Living in Leeds, I'm forever heading out for dinner, buying too many clothes, spending 50% of my money on ubers and, as of now, putting my stamp on my new apartment!
